Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST are processed the next business day. Handling time is 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Transit time is 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri). Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–9 business days.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Prices on our site are in USD.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

My package says delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  2. Check with neighbors or household members.
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

If it’s officially declared lost, email us at support@omneralabs.com with your order number — we’ll reship or refund per your preference.

Could my delivery be delayed?

Occasionally, yes — due to high volumes, courier disruptions, or weather. If you’re outside the expected window, contact our support team and we’ll help.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What’s your return window?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are new, unused, and in original packaging. Please email support@omneralabs.com for return authorization before sending anything back.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. If your item is eligible (new/unused within 30 days), contact us to arrange an exchange or replacement before shipping the original back.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund as appropriate.

How do I send back a return?

Returns are by mail. A prepaid return label is included in the package (free). There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when processed.

I haven’t seen my refund yet — what now?

  1. Recheck your payment account.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card issuer (processing times can vary).
  3. If you still need help, email support@omneralabs.com.

Are there items you can’t accept back?

We can’t accept:

  • Items not in new, unused condition
  • Returns requested after 30 days
  • Items sent back without prior authorization
